Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Florvale Home collects when you browse the store or place an order, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the shop.
- Order details — name, email address, phone number and shipping address. These are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page, not on our site.
- Payment data — card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store them.
- Cart contents — the items you add are stored in your browser's local storage so your cart survives a page reload. This never leaves your device until you check out.
- Basic usage analytics — anonymous, aggregated page-view counts collected by Vercel Analytics. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.
Why we use it
Order data is used solely to process, ship and support your purchase, and to keep the records required for accounting and tax purposes. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are visited so we can improve the store.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. It is shared only with the service providers needed to fulfil an order:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and checkout. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Supabase, Inc. — the database hosting our product catalogue.
- Vercel, Inc. — website hosting and anonymous analytics.
- Shipping carriers — only the address details needed to deliver your parcel.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting rules, typically seven years. Cart data stored in your browser stays until you clear it or complete an order.
Cookies
The storefront sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A single cookie is used for the private admin area, and it is only ever set for the store owner after signing in. Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout page — those are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to hello@florvalehome.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the revised policy.
